Detox time again… Breakfast is the best-fest.

All of our bodies need to reset every once in awhile. That’s why I love the revenge body program I joined with my good friend, Michelle. I should preface this post by disclosing that this is my second round joining the 6 week challenge, the first time was at the beginning of the year (mid- January) and was honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made concerning my personal health and fitness goals. Today is day two of the challenge and the first week is (DETOX). I know its a scary word and can seem a daunting task, but the awesome thing about this program is that you are taught to eat clean and stay full even through the detox stages of the program.

Curious about what you can eat that tastes amazing? and is still clean and aligns with the detox week? Here’s what I had for breakfast! Delicious, fuel for your body and completely detox approved!

Spinach, egg-white scramble, with Tomatoes and Avocado

What you need:


Spring of Green Onion (chopped)

Handful of fresh spinach

Diced Tomatoes

1/4 Avocado


3 Large Organic Egg Whites


Garlic Powder

Ground Black Pepper

Cayenne Pepper (if desired)


Coconut Oil (1 teas.)


Heat small amount of Coconut oil in pan over medium-high heat. Separate 3 egg whites into a small bowl, add seasonings, and mix together with a fork. Pour the egg-white mixture into the warmed pan. Let sit for a minute. Add green onions and spinach. Let cook for 30 seconds-45 sec. Begin to stir and mix around with a cooking spoon. As the egg cooks and the spinach begins to melt down, really scramble the ingredients together. Should be all cooked within 4 mins. Plate the scramble, add diced tomatoes and 1/4 avocado to plate (or other desired veggies) and enjoy!!
